This week planets indications came very accurate as all major stock markets turn around huge, short term traders should book profit tomorrow as we mentioned that market will remain volatile until end of October. Longer term traders should hold position in markets, and best trade will be acquiring option call of December 2011.
Now trading range of S&P will remain 1133 to 1188 for the next few days.
Friday trading range of S&P will be - 1163.90 to 1143 and Nasdaq range 2219 to 2173. (Currently Dec future S&P is at 1154 and Nasdaq 2202).
Best advise - Follow S&P and trade all other markets on trend of S&P.
Metals will remain in sideways trend, next week some short positivity will come so any sharp fall on Friday should be taken buying opportunity in gold and silver. Next week get out from base metals as still weaker trend will dominate these markets until end of October. Trading range of gold will remain between $1665 to $1635, sell on higher side on Friday and cover around $1635.
Grains will remain sideways but rice is good buy here so build position in rice.
Treasury bond selling recommendations around 146 generated great profit in the last three trading sessions, one can hold trade in thirty years bond and cover around 140.09.
Coffee and cotton trading positive, book profit on Friday in coffee around $236 and wait for buying opportunity again during next week. Read soft commodity section in the next week newsletter.
Dollar index hit multi months high on Tuesday, out target 80.00 got fulfilled. Now some sideways trend will remain but still great buying opportunity on weakness. Yen selling and Swiss Franc buying is recommended on Friday. Buy dollar around 78.65 on friday
