Today gold and silver came down sharply, if you read our newsletter of this week one more time then you will get idea that his week we expected volatility in metals.
Silver went to as low of $33.80 and gold $1708, these are good level to buy, but I will focus on silver more compare to gold. Yes gold is nearer to bottom and silver $33.80 is looks attractive price to me because if I am right then next week both these metals will move higher toward 2012. Reading this statement, don’t buy aggressively as until mid Friday of this week trend looks very volatile and weaker but surely Friday before day close you should place well yourself in metals and oil. We don’t think silver will go down again to $33.80 and if it does take a buying opportunity. Gold can go down to $1704 or $1687, and these will be a great level to buy gold.
Grains has been trading well as predicted, and they will move up strongly from here so hold your trades or you can add more today in wheat and corn. They may move up sharply as our Astro indicators giving very positive indications for grains.
Soft commodities have been trading weaker as predicted, we are still not giving any buying signal but surely in the next week newsletter we will put detail prediction of softs.
Dollar moved up sharply, against Euro, I recommend in and out in currencies without holding any longer term trade at this stage.
Any weakness should be taken as buying opportunity in Indexes. If you are day trader then you should get and out but we are not recommending any shorts in market. Our target for S&P is 1407 by 18 March.
